Bethesda Teased Players with Fallout 4 DLC and Survival Mode • Mirror Daily

The new survival mode is believed to be a brutal experience for the players.

(Mirror Daily, United States) – In its latest tweets, Bethesda teased players with Fallout 4 DLC and survival mode. The game publisher and developer was careful to give just enough details to keep the fans on the tip of their toes, waiting impatiently for the release of the downloadable content and the survival mode which is supposed to be a real dare for even the most experienced players.

Bethesda teased players with Fallout 4 DLC and survival mode in a series of tweets. The first tweet that the company wrote revolved around the upcoming downloadable content that will expand the story of the Fallout 4 game.

“We know you’re ready to learn what’s coming for “Fallout 4 DLC. We’re not far off, and we think you’ll be excited”.

The second tweet was concerned with the upcoming much-awaited survival mode which is supposed to be a challenge for even the most experienced and versatile players.

“We’re also doing a complete overhaul of “Fallout 4” Survival mode. Food, sleep, diseases, danger and more. Stay tuned.”

Both of the announcements were teasers in the sense that they did not reveal much information about the content of the two extra features of the post-apocalyptic RPG. The only thing we actually know for sure is that the survival mode will imitate real-life conditions. That means that it will be hard, and players will want to play it.

There are other games that already feature this kind of Survival mode based on a real experience. For example “H1Z1” features diseases that affect the player’s character and a hunger meter. In the case in which the meter reaches 0, the character dies.

Other games miss a unit of measurement for tiredness, or sleep. And since Bethesda said “food, sleep, diseases, danger and more”, it seems that the players will have to constantly keep in mind the fact that their character must also rest in between fighting monsters and mutants and scavenging for materials.

According to Bethesda, both the survival mode and the downloadable content are still in the development stages so all that players can do is presume what they will feature and what they will not. But seeing how the company rarely disappointed its customers, we can safely say that the content will reach up to standards.

Bethesda teased players with Fallout 4 DLC and Survival mode that are still in development. The most important thing is that the developers take their time and release a bug-free product. This will help wash away the shame of the numerous bugs and glitches that the game features when it was launched last year.
