Necropolis – “A Diabolical Dungeon Delve” • Mirror Daily

Necropolis will feature ever-changing dungeons in a monster filled town.

(Mirror Daily, United States) – From the studio that brought you “Shadowrun Returns” and the publisher behind the terrifying, nerve-wracking, most difficult game ever made, “Dark Souls”, prepare to face a hoard of ghosts in an unfriendly dungeon town in Necropolis – “A Diabolical Delve”.

Harebrained Schemes has convinced Bandai Namco to join the team behind Necropolis – “A Diabolical Dungeon Delve”. And even though the game was supposed to be released next month, they have delayed the event until this summer.

While it is no surprise that a video game release was delayed, it is interesting to see that Harebrained Schemes involved Bandai Namco in the game a few weeks before it was supposed to be launched.

There could be a few explanations as to why this happened. One could be the fact that the game only needed a new pair of eyes and the launch was delayed because Bandai Namco discovered some really nasty bugs. The other, which is more plausible, is that the game was nowhere near being ready to be launched, so they called in an extra pair of hands and announced the modified release date.

There is this constant problem in the gaming world. Either a company launches a game on its due date and then has to release additional patches because the finite product was actually far from being finite. And that makes players extremely angry, see the first month of Fallout 4 for that.

Or they delay the launch, making gamers feel anxious and impatient, rather than “I want to throw my gaming platform into the publisher’s head” feeling they get when they find a glitch at every corner.

Necropolis – “A Diabolical Dungeon Delve” will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Mac this summer. Bandai Namco will be deal with the duties involving console publishing while Harebrained Schemes announced that it will self-publish the video game on Steam.

Mitch Gitelman, the president of Harebrained Schemes declared in a press release that they are not happy with slipping the release date, but they want to offer to the players the best experience that they can. He added that a console release involves an additional amount of significant development work.

He ended his declaration by saying that the additional months will only make Necropolis – “A Diabolical Dungeon Delve” better for both consoles and PC.

Necropolis – “A Diabolical Dungeon Delve” is an action video game in which players must travel into a sort of dungeon town inhabited by ghosts of giant beasts. The dungeons and the opponents change constantly making it quite difficult for the player to hold on to its only life.
